This is a partnership. You are a person, not a sale. To me you are a family with names, faces, likes, and dislikes. I listen to your vision, preferences, and concerns. I put the pieces together and focus on the details for you.

1) We start with an initial consultation where you describe your vision and trip goals and allow you to ask me any questions. Then, I will send you a proposal with 3 business days based on our conversation.

2) After the trip is booked I assist you important key dates, travel requirements, additional reservations needed (such as dining and airport transfers), and tools to help you have the best vacation possible.

My goal is to have clients for life! I love seeing your families grow and change throughout the years - it is such a joy for me! I’m thrilled to help spouses, moms, dads, grandparents, etc. plan the best vacation possible for the people they love.

Travel is more complicated than ever. So, it’s important to me that I am available to my clients to talk over ideas, questions, or concerns. am available over the phone most Mondays-Saturdays between 9am-6pmCST or any time over email. I always do my best to respond within 24 hours.

The job of a Travel Agent is so much more than just booking accommodations, tickets, etc. What services each Agent provides is at their own discretion. I believe you should feel prepared and confident to tackle your destination! This is why a nonrefundable Professional Planning Fee is due at time of booking. I provide my time and help with the details. This fee varies based on your booking type and destination, starting at $250. Multiple families traveling together are eligible for a fee bundle discount.

An invoice will be sent to you at time of deposit. Forms of payment accepted are credit card, PayPal, or Venmo.
